Property Condition Assessments

Lakeland performs Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for lender or purchaser due diligence in conformance with ASTM E2018-15. 

Property condition assessments evaluate engineering aspects  of a commercial or industrial property and provide expected costs for both near- and long-term expenses.

A typical PCA evaluates the condition and potential costs related to the following property systems:
